Individual therapy offers time that is just for you, to explore and connect with the deeper layers of yourself within the therapy relationship. Together we have the opportunity to study how you have been living your life, to explore the parts that are not working as well as they could, and to create new possibilities. Therapy is about reaching out and connecting with yourself on a deeper level. It is time to slow down, be heard, within a safe place. Our work together involves discovering and building on the strengths you have, while resolving and visiting the uncomfortable and also the joyful parts of your life.

If I care for me, then I can care for you.
If I care for me, then I can teach you how to better care for yourself.
If you care for you, then you can teach others how to treat you.
If you care for you, then you give others permission to care for themselves.
If others care for themselves, then they can start to care for each other.
If others care for each other, then they can start to care for the planet.
If we all care for ourselves, each other and the planet
